| Measurements | All width and depth dimensions are based on the crown molding at the top of the piece. Drawer glides are double extending ball bearing slides. Drawer boxes are painted. Adjustable shelves use pine and bracket supports. Drilled adjustment holes are 1” apart. Unless specified single doors have the hinges on the left side facing. Door hinges are all painted unless specified to be unpainted. Unpainted hinges are a dark metal and require an upcharge. Each piece of custom furniture is individual bench made which allows maximum flexibility for custom sizes, configurations and finishes. Custom dimensions including width, depth, height, split drawers and other requirements are all available for an additional charge. Please contact us for a custom quote. CAD drawings are available for any custom furniture for a small design fee. |
We loan our wood, wicker & metal samples out free of charge; we ask that you return them so we can reuse them. Paper and fabric samples are yours to keep. Our floor cloth samples are available for a $25 deposit each, which is then refunded to you when we receive the sample(s) back. Sand Dune rug samples are available for a $50 deposit. Thank you!

Given the current market uncertainty, we felt it would be a good idea to provide you an update on our products. As you may know, we are a small, family-owned business that has been offering custom made furniture from our 15 US based workshops for over 20 years. Each of our custom furniture collections is made at a different workshop. We are a small business that supports other small businesses.
Fortunately for us, our workshops have minimal exposure to import tariffs. Our wood species (both new and reclaimed), iron beds, upholstery frames, seat cushions and floor cloths are all sourced in the US. Selective hardware, shoreline fabrics, and finishing products are imported but are a small percentage of our overall cost. Our wicker furniture frames are imported but cushions are all sourced in the US.
Currently, we have two collections affected by tariffs:
Cottage Wicker Furniture Collection: 6% Tariff
Shoreline Slipcovered Furniture Collection: 3% Tariff
We do not anticipate any significant price changes due to import tariffs. We look forward to continuing to create unique furniture designed by you and custom built for you.
