Stock Products

Orders for stock products can be returned to us with a receipt for a full refund up to 30 days after receiving your order.  Return shipping charges will not be refunded, unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or shipping damage. Certain products are subject to a restocking fee which will be noted on your sales order.

Made-to-Order Products

Custom made-to-order products are non-refundable. We will do everything possible to work with you during the sales process to ensure a successful end result.  We will repair or exchange any custom order with a manufacturing defect or shipping damage.  If there is any problem with your order, please call or e-mail us.  We will work with you to fix the problem.

Given the current market uncertainty, we felt it would be a good idea to provide you an update on our products. As you may know, we are a small, family-owned business that has been offering custom made furniture from our 15 US based workshops for over 20 years. Each of our custom furniture collections is made at a different workshop. We are a small business that supports other small businesses.

Fortunately for us, our workshops have minimal exposure to import tariffs. Our wood species (both new and reclaimed), iron beds, upholstery frames, seat cushions and floor cloths are all sourced in the US, as are most finishes and fabrics. Selective hardware, fabrics, and finishing products are imported but are a small percentage of our overall cost. Our wicker furniture frames are imported but cushions are all sourced in the US. 

We do not anticipate any significant price changes due to import tariffs. We look forward to continuing to create unique furniture designed by you and custom built for you.
