| Details | All width and depth dimensions are based on the crown molding at the top of the piece. Heights are based on a 4” high base design. Final product height needs to be adjusted is the base height is different than 4”H. CAD drawings are available for any piece of furniture for a design fee. Drawers include a solid hardwood drawer front and drawer boxes with 3/8" beadboard bottom. Drawer glides are doubled extending ball bearing slides. Drawer boxes are painted. Adjustable shelves have pin and bracket supports. Unless specified, single doors have the hinges on the left side facing. Door hinges are all painted unless specified to be unpainted. Unpainted hinges are a dark metal and require an upcharge. Two styles of shutter doors are available, Plantation shutters with moveable louvers and Bermuda shutters with fixed louvers. Optional wrap around doors are available in place in standard hinged doors. Wrap around doors are double hinged to allow them to fold back against the side of the cabinet. We loan our wood, wicker & metal samples out free of charge; we ask that you return them so we can reuse them. Paper and fabric samples are yours to keep. Our floor cloth samples are available for a $25 deposit each, which is then refunded to you when we receive the sample(s) back. Sand Dune rug samples are available for a $50 deposit. Thank you!
