With our pets in mind, we want to create a home that is suitable for their active lifestyles, yet doesn’t sacrifice comfort or style in the process. It is all about choosing materials, especially fabrics, that will accommodate the inevitable wear and tear from our furry friends. Here are a few tips to help you create pet-friendly environments for the two rooms most frequently visited by paws – the entryway and the family room.
This rustic coastal cottage packs a lot of personality for such a small space. The painted white high-paneled wainscoting and walls provide a clean palette to showcase the red, white, and blue motif. The reclaimed wood accent pieces, like the coffee table, the cricket end table, and the storage chest of drawers, bring in a little bit of country to this seaside cottage. Given the current market uncertainty, we felt it would be a good idea to provide you an update on our products. As you may know, we are a small, family-owned business that has been offering custom made furniture from our 15 US based workshops for over 20 years. Each of our custom furniture collections is made at a different workshop. We are a small business that supports other small businesses.
Fortunately for us, our workshops have minimal exposure to import tariffs. Our wood species (both new and reclaimed), iron beds, upholstery frames, seat cushions and floor cloths are all sourced in the US. Selective hardware, shoreline fabrics, and finishing products are imported but are a small percentage of our overall cost. Our wicker furniture frames are imported but cushions are all sourced in the US.
Currently, we have two collections affected by tariffs:

Shoreline Slipcovered Furniture Collection: 3% Tariff
We do not anticipate any significant price changes due to import tariffs. We look forward to continuing to create unique furniture designed by you and custom built for you.
