Inspiration Board: Earth and Sea

The honeyed tones of rattan and bleached sand of jute can instantly create an uplifting tropical environment within your home. And besides simply being pretty, added accessories in green and blue sea hues balance the basic earthy palette with an aquatic coolness. #wickerfurniture #aquablue #juterugs https://www.cottagehomefurniture.com/

Rooms to Love: Lean and Green

Reinvent your decor for the upcoming spring with splashes of cheery color, like leaf green, against white walls, white floors and a even white bedspread. Remember to experiment: a fresh bedroom cottage look can be created with white plus any color, from aqua to tangerine to goldenrod. #convertedporch #beachhousebedroom #coastalstyle https://www.cottagehomefurniture.com/

Rooms to Love: Sky (Blue) High

Crisp and clean, this eat-in kitchen gives off an orderly confidence without looking contrived, a magical element of the Scandinavian style. Surprising elements of the old and new, like a gorgeous white antique enameled corner fireplace and an incredibly mod pinecone lighting fixture, mesh without giving pause. The effect is energizing. #skybluekitchen #scandinavian #farmhousetable https://www.cottagehomefurniture.com/

To our valued customers,

Given the current market uncertainty, we felt it would be a good idea to provide you an update on our products. As you may know, we are a small, family-owned business that has been offering custom made furniture from our 15 US based workshops for over 20 years. Each of our custom furniture collections is made at a different workshop. We are a small business that supports other small businesses.

Fortunately for us, our workshops have minimal exposure to import tariffs. Our wood species (both new and reclaimed), iron beds, upholstery frames, seat cushions and floor cloths are all sourced in the US. Selective hardware, shoreline fabrics, and finishing products are imported but are a small percentage of our overall cost. Our wicker furniture frames are imported but cushions are all sourced in the US.

Currently, we have two collections affected by tariffs:

Cottage Wicker Furniture Collection: 6% Tariff
Shoreline Slipcovered Furniture Collection: 3% Tariff

We do not anticipate any significant price changes due to import tariffs. We look forward to continuing to create unique furniture designed by you and custom built for you.

Thank you,

Your Cottage Home Team
