Design Tip: Bring The Outdoors In

Mother Nature can often be an inspiration for interior designing.  Bring natural elements into a space for instant depth and beauty in a room.  As shown in this room, simple colors and outdoor elements lend themselves to a care-free sophistication.

Natural elements, like flowers and greenery, are easy to change in and out with the seasons – always keeping a room fresh and updated.  Floral fabrics and natural wood furniture also lend themselves to an “earthy” air in a room.

To our valued customers,

Given the current market uncertainty, we felt it would be a good idea to provide you an update on our products. As you may know, we are a small, family-owned business that has been offering custom made furniture from our 15 US based workshops for over 20 years. Each of our custom furniture collections is made at a different workshop. We are a small business that supports other small businesses.

Fortunately for us, our workshops have minimal exposure to import tariffs. Our wood species (both new and reclaimed), iron beds, upholstery frames, seat cushions and floor cloths are all sourced in the US, as are most finishes and fabrics. Selective hardware, fabrics, and finishing products are imported but are a small percentage of our overall cost. Our wicker furniture frames are imported but cushions are all sourced in the US.

We do not anticipate any significant price changes due to import tariffs. We look forward to continuing to create unique furniture designed by you and custom built for you.

Thank you,

Your Cottage Home Team
